Virtual Office — Terms of Service, Refund & Cancellation

By proceeding with the booking, the client agrees to the following terms and alt.f's Terms of Use:

1. Non-refundable bookings

All bookings are non-refundable. No refund, whether in full or in part, shall be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Cancellation by the client for any reason whatsoever
• Failure of the client or its authorised representative to attend, appear, or utilise the booked space, in whole or in part, on the scheduled date and time, including 'no-show'
• In case of any change in the business requirement.

2. Use of the services

• The Company reserves the right to reject, suspend, or cancel any booking if the Company has reasons to believe or suspects any misuse or misrepresentation.
• It is hereby expressly made clear that the amenities cannot be used as a front-end facility like conducting interviews / recruitment, fund raising, tuition classes, medical and other such activities.

3. Reservation of rights

The Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue any service if the recipient violates its policies or applicable law. Nothing in this Policy shall exclude or restrict any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
