On-The-Go Plans — Terms & Conditions
Plan and credits
- Credits are added to your account once payment is received and the Sales Form is completed.
- Credits can be used for workspace products at any alt.f centre, subject to availability.
- Credits are valid from the payment date until the end of the plan's validity. Unused credits expire and cannot be carried forward.
- Credits are not transferable to another company and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Bookings
- Desks, meeting rooms and day passes are booked through the alt.f team or app, subject to availability at the chosen centre.
- The number of credits needed for each product may differ by centre and is shared at the time of booking.
Payment, refund and cancellation
- Plan prices are shown on the plan page; GST is charged as applicable.
- Plans are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once paid.
- An invoice is issued after the Sales Form is completed.
General
- Use of alt.f centres is subject to alt.f's house rules and terms of service.
- alt.f may update these terms; the version shown at the time of purchase applies to your plan.
